EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange the size or color of your purchased item, we will gladly help you with the process and steps to take:
*Please note all exchanges will be accepted only if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and protective hygienic liner. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
  1. Please email Miné Mediterranean at hello@minemediterranean.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us about your exchange and specify what size or color you would like to exchange your piece for.
  2. All exchanges are subject to availability - We will notify you within 1-2 business days if the size or color you want is available for exchange and provide you with a authorization number to fill in the exchange form enclosed in your order.
  3. Merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving an exchange authorization number.
  4. Fill out the Exchange form enclosed in your order.
  5. Place the item in the original shipping box.
  6. For US based orders, please attach the UPS sticker to the order and make the necessary arrangements for drop off at most convenient UPS location.
  7. Please note; for international orders, exchange-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Miné Mediterranean is not responsible for any exchanges lost in transit. We highly recommend you ask for a tracking number for your protection.
  8. We will ship back the item wished to be exchanged within 2- 3 business days after receiving and approving the merchandise. Shipping costs for the exchanged item back to you is wavered by Miné Mediterranean.
  9. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. 
 
Return Policy
If you wish to process a return please find the process and steps to take below:
 *Please note all returns will be accepted only if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and protective hygienic liner. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. 
  1. Please email Miné Mediterranean at hello@minemediterranean.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us about your return.
  2. A return authorization number and pre-paid return label will be sent to you. Please note; for international orders, return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving authorization number.
  4. Fill out the Return Form enclosed in your order.
  5. Place the item in the original shipping box.

  9. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving and approving the returned items. Please note, refunds usually take between 7-14 business days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank.

International Shipping
Orders and shipping to countries outside the US may be subject to import fees such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and other specific fees set by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your country.
Damaged Products and Shipping Errors
We take great care to ensure our products get to you in perfect conditions; we do constant quality control and check every detail before the item is shipped to you. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item and be notified via email once the refund has taken place. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction back to your account.
