Exchanges and Returns
If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item, we will gladly help you with the process and steps to take.
*Please note; all returns and exchanges will be accepted only if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and protective hygienic liner. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
-In order to return or exchange your purchase please email Miné Mediterranean at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to notify us about your request.
-A return and exchange form will be sent to you with an authorization number and additional shipping information.
*Please note; exchange and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Miné Mediterranean is not responsible for any exchanges or returns lost in transit. We highly recommend you ask for a tracking number for your protection.
-Exchanges will be shipped back to you within 2- 3 business days after receiving and approving the merchandise.
-Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving and approving the returned items. Please note, refunds usually take between 7-14 business days to show on your bank statement depending on your bank.
Products marked as SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders and shipping to countries outside the US may be subject to import fees such as taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties and other specific fees set by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend checking with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your country.
Damaged Products and Shipping Errors
We take great care to ensure our products get to you in perfect conditions; we do constant quality control and check every detail before the item is shipped to you. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item and be notified via email once the refund has taken place. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction back to your account.
